Interview or the Personality Test is an important part of IAS exam. It is quite obvious that the one who has come out victorious from Preliminary and Mains carries a different kind of positive energy, confidence and vigor but again here different skills are tested that are equally challenging. We, at Empower IAS do not want our students to commit even the slightest mistake at this level after coming this far. So, we want to help and guide them in such a way that they are able to improve their personality and update their knowledge to pass this final stage of exam successfully. 

The Interview carries 275 marks (no minimum qualifying marks). Candidates will be interviewed by a board usually consisting of 5 members. The duration of an interview is approximately 30- 35 minutes. The candidate will be asked different questions to test his or her rational thinking, personal interests, social traits, decision-making ability, leadership skill, current affair knowledge etc.

At EmpowerIAS, we arrange lectures on preparation for the interview and to motivate our student to face the interview confidently. We give them useful tips and guide them thoroughly. We arrange classes for Group Discussion where students can avail the opportunity to interact with the fellow students and improve their communication skills which is very important in an interview. Current affair classes are given regularly to maintain the flow. We also arrange 2-3 mock interviews to prepare the students in the best possible manner. Personal sitting sessions are also arranged to help students gain the required skills and improve their skill sets to pass the interview with flying colors by bureaucrats and eminent personality specialised in different areas.
